- No, the trip is provided at no cost to the veterans, thanks to donations and sponsorships.

- Guardians accompany veterans on the trip, providing assistance and support to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Guardian fee is $500.
6. What does an Honor Flight trip typically include?
- The trip includes a pre-flight dinner, transportation, meals, guided tours of memorials, and a welcome home ceremony.
7. How are the flights organized?
- Each local Honor Flight hub organizes its flights, coordinating with veterans, guardians, and transportation providers.

- Veterans are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring any necessary medications for 2 days, and wear their honor flight shirt.

10. Are family members allowed to join the veterans on the flight?
- We encourage the guardian to be a family member or close friend of the Veteran. Guardians should be between the ages of 18 and 65, able to push a wheelchair all day and pay the guardian fee of $500. Unfortunately, Spouses or significant others are not allowed due to Honor Flight Hub rules.
